A quick and easy creamy float combining blue curaçao, coconut ice cream, and fizzy lemonade for a refreshing tropical dessert drink perfect for summer parties.

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Curaçao
  • 2 generous scoops Coconut Ice Cream
  • 4 oz (120 ml) Fresh Lemonade
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Club Soda or Sparkling Water
  • Fresh Lime Wedge (optional garnish)
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill your glass or mason jar in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  2. Place 3-4 ice cubes into the chilled glass.
  3. Measure and pour 1.5 oz (45 ml) of blue curaçao over the ice.
  4. Slowly pour 4 oz (120 ml) of lemonade into the glass to preserve fizz.
  5. Gently add 2 generous scoops of coconut ice cream on top.
  6. Pour 2 oz (60 ml) of club soda or sparkling water around the edge.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim if desired and serve with a long spoon and straw.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients and glass to keep the float cold and fizzy longer. Pour liquids slowly to preserve carbonation. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute blue curaçao with blue raspberry syrup or soda. Use quality coconut ice cream for best texture. Serve immediately for best fizz and creaminess.
