A bright, bubbly, and perfectly balanced pink lemonade vodka punch that’s quick and easy to make, ideal for summer parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups (950 ml) pink lemonade, preferably fresh or high-quality store-bought
  • 2 cups (475 ml) vodka, smooth and clean-tasting
  • 2 cups (475 ml) sparkling water, plain or lemon-flavored
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) simple syrup, homemade or store-bought, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup (150 grams) frozen mixed berries
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Chill the pink lemonade, vodka, and sparkling water in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemons to get 1/4 cup (60 ml) of juice and strain out seeds.
  3. Make simple syrup if homemade by combining equal parts sugar and water, heating gently until sugar dissolves, then cool completely.
  4. In a punch bowl, combine chilled pink lemonade, vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently but thoroughly.
  5. Just before serving, add sparkling water and stir lightly to combine.
  6. Add frozen mixed berries directly to the punch bowl to chill the drink without diluting it. If using fresh berries, add right before serving.
  7. Garnish with torn fresh mint leaves.
  8. Serve immediately over ice cubes in glasses.

Notes

Chill all liquid ingredients in advance to reduce ice dilution. Add sparkling water last and stir gently to preserve bubbles. Use frozen berries as natural chillers. Adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more simple syrup or lemon juice. Avoid shaking to keep fizz.
