  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add rolled oats to the creamy mixture. Slowly pour in cold brew espresso and milk while stirring gently to coat the oats evenly (about 2 minutes).
  3. If desired, sprinkle in instant espresso powder and stir well for a bolder coffee flavor.
  4. Spoon the mixture into mason jars or airtight containers, leaving a little headspace for expansion overnight. Seal tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow oats to absorb the liquid and develop a creamy texture.
  6. Before serving, dust the top of each jar with cocoa powder using a fine mesh sieve for an even sprinkle.
