This Easy Copycat Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Coffee is a quick and simple fall drink made with real ingredients. It delivers that sweet, spiced coffee shop experience at home in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk (whole milk preferred)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (dark roast or cold brew concentrate)
  • Ice (enough to fill a glass)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool for a minute or two.
  2. Fill a glass to the top with ice.
  3. Pour the coffee over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  4. In a small bowl or jar, combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Stir to break up the pumpkin puree.
  5. Using a milk frother, blend the mixture for 20-30 seconds until thick and silky.
  6. Gently spoon or pour the cold foam over the iced coffee. Do not stir.
  7. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon on top.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use cold ingredients straight from the fridge. If you don’t have a frother, shake the cream mixture in a sealed jar for 30-45 seconds. The cold foam can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; re-froth for 10 seconds before using.
