Easy Homemade Turkey and Cream Cheese Pinwheel Wraps

These quick and easy turkey and cream cheese pinwheel wraps are perfect party snacks that combine tender turkey, creamy tangy cream cheese, and fresh greens rolled in soft flour tortillas.

Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • Deli turkey slices (3-4 thin slices per wrap)
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh spinach leaves, washed and patted dry
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley or dill) – optional
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and optional fresh herbs.
  3. Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the surface, leaving about 1/2 inch at the edges clear.
  4. Layer 3-4 thin turkey slices evenly on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves evenly over the turkey, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions on top.
  6. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly but gently into a log shape, keeping the filling tucked in.
  7. Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper and repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Chill the wrapped logs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  9. After chilling, unwrap the logs and slice each into 1-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife.
  10. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Soften cream cheese well to avoid tearing tortillas. Chill pinwheels before slicing to keep shape. Warm tortillas briefly if edges crack when rolling. For a brighter flavor, spritz lemon juice on spinach before rolling. Can be made ahead and chilled up to 24 hours before slicing.
