  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling it and cooking until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
